Service Description
Our Initial Assessment Session is the first step in your counselling journey with Guardian Light Foundation. Priced below the usual market cost, this session ensures high-quality support remains accessible without compromising on professional standards. During this 45–60 minute assessment, you will meet with one of our qualified counsellors to: Explore the challenges or concerns you are currently facing Discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve from counselling Identify any immediate areas of support or risk Develop a personalised plan for ongoing sessions Ask any questions about the counselling process This session is designed to help you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning. It also ensures we match you with the right counsellor and the right type of therapy for your needs. Who is this for? Cancellation Policy
Guardian Light Enterprises Ltd (GLE Ltd) — Booking & Cancellation Policy (For consultancy, property services, training, paid programmes, and commercial services) 1.Booking Appointments, consultations, and services can be booked online, by phone, or through an authorised Guardian Light Enterprises Ltd representative. A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued. Where applicable, deposits or advance payment may be required before services begin. 2.Cancellation Clients may cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment or service. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled free of charge. Late cancellations may incur an administration fee depending on the service booked. Emergency Cancellations We recognise that unforeseen emergencies may occur. Where cancellation is due to genuine emergency circumstances (such as medical emergency, family crisis, severe travel disruption, or urgent safeguarding matter), please notify us as soon as possible. GLE Ltd reserves the right to waive fees at management discretion for verified emergency situations. 3.No Shows A no show is when a client fails to attend without notice. For GLE Ltd, no-shows may result in: First no show: Written reminder and rebooking option. Second no show: Administration charge. Repeated no shows: Future bookings may require prepayment. Missed Appointment Charge: £25 administration fee per missed appointment. 4.Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if the session can no longer be delivered effectively. Charges may still apply depending on circumstances.
