The Foundation serves as our parent organisation, guiding our mission to blend sustainable business practices with genuine social impact.

While Guardian Light Foundation is currently in the process of registration with the Charity Commission, its core purpose and governance structure are firmly established. The Foundation exists to support vulnerable individuals—particularly homeless children and families who have experienced hardship—by providing access to safe housing, education, counselling, and life-building opportunities.

All profits generated through Guardian Light Enterprises Ltd are reinvested back into the Guardian Light Foundation to expand housing projects, fund scholarships, and strengthen community programmes.
